The classic Guadalajara wood-fired clay pizza oven consists of 3 types of clay that have been expertly hand crafted in Mexico to provide a delicious smokey type flavour.
Assembly is not required for this oven type and furthermore is similar to an open fire type setting which will be perfect for smaller yards.
This oven will provide a general cooking time of 5 minutes or slightly more.
