The new Presto 23 quart Pressure Canner is a new improved model with induction compatible stainless steel base.  This allows the canner to be used on any cooktop including gas, electric and induction.

Note: picture shows the standard 15psi regulator but our custom-made version replaces this regulator with the superior 3 piece regulator.

Imported directly from the Presto factory and custom made for our company we proudly present the Presto Pressure Canner & Cooker. In the USA bottling is called canning and this unit is a common household item there.

It can be used to bottle fruit on the stove top and is considered to be the only safe way to bottle non-acidic foods such as vegetables as well as meat fish soups and sauces.

A must-have for canning vegetables, meats, and fish. The easy-to-read gauge automatically registers a complete range of processing pressures.

Three piece regulator allows you to process at 5psi / 10psi and 15psi. Note that at sea level, normal pressure cooking is done at 15psi but canning/bottling is done at 10psi.

Without this regulator, you constantly need to monitor the dial gauge to ensure the pressure does not get too high so the regulator allows you to go away and do other things rather than having to constantly monitor the canner. (To use, 15psi = full regulator; 10 psi remove the top ring only; 5 psi remove both rings.)

Air vent/cover lock allows pressure to build up only when the cover is closed properly and prevents the cover from opening until pressure is safely reduced.

This Presto Pressure Canner also doubles as water bath canners for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles and salsas. Constructed of extra-strong, warp-resistant aluminium and suitable for use on regular and smooth-top ranges. Includes cooking/canning rack and complete instruction and recipe book.

Mason Jar Capacity: 24 Half-Pints, 20 Pints, 7 Quarts. Can be used with other tempered preserving jars but we do not recommend recycled supermarket jars (refer our FAQs for more info) 12-year limited warranty.

Our items are shipped by Australia Parcel Post Service or other reputable Courier Services. Items are shipped within one business day. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive.

Buyers must provide the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the check-out page. P O Boxes cannot be delivered to. If you don’t provide a number, then delivery notification cannot be given. If delivery is not successful, the item will be transferred to the nearest Australia Post Branch or Courier Service Depot.

Please follow the instructions on the delivery card. If signature is required on delivery, please ask us before you purchase or note this on the check-out. Our standard Free Postage is “Authority to Leave”, meaning the item will be left at or near your front door.

Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email advising you of your Parcel Tracking Number and Carrier. Insurance is not included on all items unless you ask and pay.

Registered deliveries

The registered (not authority to leave) delivery charge you pay is for the courier to only attempt one delivery to the address you nominate in your order

In the case of a registered delivery, please be sure that the delivery address you provide will have someone present there during normal business hours to accept the delivery

If there is no one at the address to sign for the delivery the item will be returned to the local courier’s depot. If this occurs you will be required to pay a re-delivery fee for a second delivery or you may elect to collect the item for the nearest depot to you  at no charge.

We do not make any money out of delivery charges and we are not the courier company. Once the items ship from our warehouse, please track the shipment and make sure someone is at the address to sign for it

Product Damage or Malfunction or Incorrect Product

To resolve this issue kindly notify us within 7days  in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered.

Failure to begin the process of Product  CHANGE, REFUND AND/OR RETURN of the item WITHIN 7 DAYS  OF RECEIPT will exempt DeluxeHomeDelight from any further action

In addition to a detailed description, please provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the product as you received it and its packing, or the damage or problem in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

Refunds generally take up to 7-10 business days to process and we will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days (remove “on top” here)or your financial institution to process it.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products have been tampered with, misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

RETURN PROCESS

Send us an email explaining what the issue is and how you addressed it along with:

  1. Photos of item received (its current condition), damage and/or video of malfunctions, and original packing
  2. Specify replacement or return
  3. We will take 7-10 business days to study the documentation and then either
  4. Contact you to arrange pick up by courier and return labels, or explain why we do not accept the return/replacement
  5. NOTE :
    * All items must be returned in its original packing so that undamaged “change of mind or incorrect items can be re-inventoried/re-sold

    * Upon receipt of item at our warehouse, it will be inspected and further actions taken. Once a course of action has been arrived at, allow 5 business days plus courier for your replacement to arrive.
